Hi! My name is Alaya Rhett and I am looking for someone to sublet my 1 bed 1 bath apartment at the Province for the remainder of my lease. I would need someone to move in ASAP until the lease ends on August 1st. The apartment is fully furnished and has an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher and full kitchen, and free parking. Internet, Water and Trash Included in rent. Renter has a 50-dollar allowance for electricity, but I've never gone over that so it should be fine.
