I’m looking for a roommate to sublet a room in my 2-bed loft [REDACTED] that are into new media, touchdesigner, 3D art, blender, music, creative tech or any other computer/freelance work since we can share the loft area and have an office/studio space This is a 1 year long-term sublet and I’m open for you to see if you’d want to extend or not afterwards! You would be $2350 (+ a months deposit) for the room as well as access to all the amenities. Your room is unfurnished and has a massive closet with a storage closet on top of it, an AC/Heater and a big window with tons of natural light. The building has laundry, trash rooms in every floor, a big rooftop, a gym, a pool, sauna, [REDACTED] border between ridgewood and bushwick, a 5 min walk from the Halsey St L stop, as well as bars, coffee shops and restaurants, a park, music recording places and some going out spots.
