Hello everyone! This is a lease takeover for a 1 bed/1 bath (600sq.) apartment at The Shoreline Apartments in downtown Cleveland on Lake Erie. My partner and I are moving due to work and we need someone to take over ASAP. The apartment has a huge window overlooking Lake Erie! Plus a decent size kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has an all glass shower. Community building wise there is a 24/7 gym, saunas, a fishing boardwalk on Lake Erie, community heated swimming pool, a dog park, patio and grilling areas. The apartment building is gated so there is extra security. There is also heated garage parking for an extra $175 a month. The rental price is $1,399 and after utilities and internet, it’s about $1,600.
