Room for Rent / Lease Takeover Looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease in a shared apartment. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. You would be living with one roommate who has 2 cats. The landlord does require approval before moving in and does a background check. $40 application fee. Details:
• Rent: $1,292.50 ($2585 total) •Utilities: $50-80 for electricity • Location: Near Talmadge (10 mins from Mission valley, about 12 minutes from North park) in the middle of a lot of great areas!
• Move-in: April 1st 2026
• Shared spaces: kitchen, living room, etc.
• Parking: Tandem parking included in the rent •Shared laundry (2 laundry rooms)
•Lease is until January 2027, but you could have the option to renew if you’d like! Looking for someone responsible and clean. Landlord approval required before move-in. Message me if interested!
