Base rent is $714 with utilities and fees ranging from $200-$275 per month ($915-$990). This is a 50/50 split. The move in date is March 31, 2026, and the lease is for one year. This is in a safe and conveniently located neighborhood (16th St and Bethany Home Rd) near downtown ASU, GCU, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, thrift stores, grocery stores, and more! Not far from ASU Tempe, either.
