It’s me plus my dogs and one roommate. The house is older home but fully functional. Access to fully stocked kitchen (own cabinet space and pantry area) Shared bath with one person, street parking in front of house. Security alarm with several cameras, washer/dryer and Olympic weights in garage, and bbq in backyard. Not a party home. Close to several stores, 5 miles from 15 but central to 60 and 91 fwys. Asking for 400 deposit due when you agree to room and 825 month to month due at move in. Deposit will be returned after move out with room in satisfactory condition and honor 30 day notice.
