I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Rockland in Lawrence from July 2026 – July 2027. The unit is Apartment J17, Unit A in a 2 bed / 2 bath layout. Rent is $640 per month, which is a great price for the location and everything that comes with it. I’m moving out of state, otherwise I would absolutely be staying. The Rockland is in a super convenient spot — close to restaurants, a grocery store, and only about a 2-minute drive to campus. It’s also on the bus route, which makes getting to class easy.
