I am a professional seeking a long-term roommate (+ mos.) to share with a yr. old female recent college graduate. Current profession, architecture/design. The location is in Hell’s Kitchen (Midtown West), New York.

Furnished one-bedroom available in a two-bedroom unit with shared bathroom. Feel free to refurnish the room, however, upon your desired departure take all purchased personal property.

The building offers a -hour concierge and on- laundry rooms. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well maintained. We also include a monthly professional cleaning (includes laundry service). Alternate side parking available. Adjacent to the building is a parking garage that offers monthly parking for a fee.

Location and transportation are a major plus. The apartment is close to the A, C, E, , N, Q, R, W, B, D, F, and M subway lines. You can reach the Financial District in about minutes by subway using the A, C, E or express trains. By car, it is typically about minutes depending on traffic. The area is also close to multiple bus lines, CitiBike stations, Hudson Yards, Times Square, and Central Park. I’m happy to answer any questions and make sure it feels like a good fit for you.
