Responsible, Professional, Clean!

Looking for a room under 1000 with utilities included. I'm a 24 year old gay male, I work as an Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant in Elk Grove and another location in Sacramento. I work 4-5days a week from 7-4:30 and some days 6:45-5:30 or later. Currently living in fairfeild so looking for something closer to work so i can save on gas. I tend to keep to myself in my room but I can be very social and make friends but if you want someone quiet and out of the way I can be that person too. I use my phone for everything as far as TV and Games so no need for wifi as long as service is good in the area. I don't even own a TV just a mini fridge to make sure I can keep things in my room separate! I'm the type of person to prepare an entire meal and then clean everything before I sit down to eat. As far as guest goes I don't see myself having anyone overnight ever, maybe an occasional friend to meal prep with or have a drink or 2 but no parties or anything wild at all.
