Hello I am currently looking for someone to takeover my lease at the Emory (formerly palladium) from ASAP to October ’. I have a bath renovated unit. Base rent is $ monthly + utilities. My motive to move: I love this place and have lived here for 3 years, I’ve moved around the complex, I can confidently say this unit is a top 3 location in the whole building because it’s tucked in a corner right by all the amenities and very close to parking plus dog park, also the units parking spot is on the first floor so very easy to access (I was previously on the 4th) plus the unit has direct access to the street so it’s easy to go on walks right outside your doorstep. However, I just bought a house and would prefer to live there.
