Looking for a 1 bedroom apartment to studio. No application or broker fees. 1 month rent and 1 month security for immediate move in. I drive, I want relative location to NYC. Don't care where the apartment is other than utilities, heating working.

a home owner of a gorgeous 2 acre property out of state, 4 bedroom, inground pool, basketball court, garage gym.

just looking for temporary place for my job location. .

Bottom line, not impressed by the real-estate situation in the city, nor do I care about the complicated processing. I can tell if the process in unecessary or not. I own property and been through a few leases around the country.

Don't waste my time!
