I built a brand new construction home in Murray Hill and I am looking for roommates. I have a fragrance allergy so need to be ok with not using candles, glade plug ins etc. the house is fully furnished with all new items. It’s like a furnished finder but much more affordable. I’m a business professional and work and travel a lot. I probably won’t be in the home much. I want this to be a safe clean affordable space for everyone. Allergy-friendly is my goal so I will be very selective on pets…smoking….etc. prefer you use our furniture and items so that nothing moldy is getting dragged in. We will provide anything you need or want in that aspect and it’s all brand new. Just want to keep the place clean and allergen free after having a rough time with old moldy homes in FL. If you’re interested let me know! You can move in as soon as you like I’m flexible. Furniture is on its way right now! Rent is $ all included WiFi utilities etc no hidden fees.
