Relet - Advantage Point

I am looking for someone to take over my lease (relet) for this semester at Advantage Point. The lease expires in May, and rent is $/month. This is an all-male unit, with 3 other people. There are two bathrooms, so you share a bathroom with only 1 other person. The common space includes a full kitchen and living room with a TV!
