I’m ideally looking for a student or working professional who also appreciates a tidy, quiet environment, and we would prefer a female housemate if possible. The studio is for one person only, so we’re not able to accommodate couples or additional pets, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding. Rent includes utilities, parking is on the street, and this is a smoke-free and vape-free home. The space is available now.
