Hi there! I’m Oliver, , and I recently moved from Florida to San Diego for a flight instructor position in Carlsbad. I work full-time as a flight instructor at the local airport and am building flight time for the airlines, so my schedule is flexible and a bit unconventional (definitely not a ).

I’m ideally looking for a room within close distance to Palomar Airport, with a budget of up to $. A private bathroom would be a big plus, but I’m flexible. I’m very clean, easygoing, and social, and I’m respectful of shared spaces. In my free time, I enjoy beach walks, hiking, surfing, staying active at the gym, and generally enjoying the SoCal lifestyle.
