Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for this coming spring semester, it’s a private bedroom with its own bathroom in a 4-bedroom apartment, location: Topaz right above McDonald’s. The place is fully furnished, super modern, and very convenient spot right on campus, there is a parking garage also. The amenities that come with the apartment include a hot tub, arcade/gaming room, tanning bed and private gym. move in is available now, and the lease runs through July . rent can be negotiated for anyone who takes over the lease.
