Hi! I’m a thirty-year-old female LVN, new to San Diego and starting work in February. I'm looking to move in by the end of January to mid-February with female roommates preferred.

I'll be working four days a week from PM and keep a pretty structured routine during the week. I’m clean, organized, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful about noise and boundaries.

I’m easygoing and friendly, though a bit shy at first. I enjoy going to the gym, gaming, cooking, being outdoors, and exploring new places around the city. At home, I value a calm, comfortable environment and open communication.

I’m financially stable, reliable with rent, and looking for a safe, clean place where everyone is respectful and considerate. Ideally hoping for a long-term living situation if it’s a good fit.

Guest preference: Occasional ( times per month). My boyfriend lives about an hour away and may visit occasionally (short stays, planned in advance, and always respectful of house rules).
