Hey y’all

I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease starting January 3rd. The lease will end on the th of September, but you could still renew.

The apartment is located at River Top, right off Charlotte Pike and about minutes from downtown. Secluded area with a gated community. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Always felt safe and never had issues with neighbors.

Rent would be $ which does not include utilities. All together it would be around $. Pictures may be deceiving but the apartment is unfurnished. You’d have your own bathroom.

You would be living with one other person. His name is Matt and he’s . Matt works from home and is one of my best friends from college. He is more than just a solid dude.
