Room for Rent — Master Bedroom with Ensuite in Spacious 2BR Apartment (Women )

Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to share my beautiful sqft apartment. The space is fully furnished except for the master bedroom available for rent, so you’ll have plenty of room to make it your own!

About the Apartment
• Hardwood floors throughout; carpeted bedrooms for added comfort
• Master bedroom for rent featuring:
• Private ensuite bathroom
• Spacious walk-in closet
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Fully furnished common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.)
• There is an office space in the apartment — I occasionally work from home and typically need to use the office about once a week on Fridays.

Rent & Utilities
• Total rent: $ / month, split evenly
• Utilities are not included and typically add around $ total per month, which we would split

Timeline
• You would need to join the lease before Feb
• Move-in available as early as Feb 1

About You
I’m looking for a woman between who is:
• A non-smoker — this includes both cigarette & marijuana
• Has no pets
• Preferably single — sorry ladies, but I’m not open to having a boyfriend become an unofficial third roommate!
• Someone who ideally winds down for the evenings between pm, as I keep a very early schedule and will need the apartment quiet around then :)
• Very tidy, especially in shared spaces — I keep a really clean, organized home and would need someone who contributes to maintaining this
• Comfortable sharing an office space, understanding that I may WFH about once a week
• Someone who is either Christian or respectful of my Catholic faith, as I practice my religion and value a harmonious home :)
