Hi! My name is Drew Newman and looking for someone to sublease my apartment room for the spring/summer months.
I live with 4 other guys and I pay for college myself and have made the decision to not continue college.
If you're a guy and like having a good relaxed time with a couple others, especially on the weekends, send me a message and rent can be negotiated. The normal rent here is /month for one room, but willing to even be up to dollars of that, making your rent a month.
The place is fully furnished and has dishes, beds, sheets, led lights and more
N lake st apt 5C, right about the Kollege Klub and next to state street
Has access to downstairs gym, lounge area for activities and more
