Looking for roommate for potential

someone interested in going in on an apartment at a few exceptional complexes that have just become available. The rent rate and discount is SIGNIFICANT for a 2BR unit and brings rent to just over $1k for an outstanding complex and amazing location.

Currently I am looking at a few complexes in the Lohi / Little Raven area. The complex names are:
Commons Park West / Buerger Brothers Lofts / chambers lofts

These are all in a great area of Denver and the cost splits significantly doing a 2BR, so would just like to reach out to see if there is potentially a great fit or someone also interested in the area and going in on a lease likely for a year to start, and likely towards the first of the year.

I myself am late s, have lived in Denver before but from the Boulder area mostly. Very quiet clean respectful but active most weekends. Know and enjoy the area very much. If interested in speaking further, or perhaps touring some of the units or meeting first to lay things out please let me know!
