There is a shared living space including a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. You have a private entrance and access to the backyard with a fire pit and BBQ. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is a -minute drive to WSU, several parks, and downtown. There is also a bus stop within walking distance if needed. On-street parking is available. Washer and dryer are shared with roommate and landlords at no additional fee. A twin-size bed frame and mattress are available to use if wanted. Storage in the garage can be discussed with landlords.

Currently, one male roommate will share downstairs amenities with their own private room and no current pets. Young landlords (under ) live upstairs in a separate apartment with two friendly people-loving dogs.

No illegal substances allowed on the property. No smoking/vaping in the house. You can smoke/vape outside if you want, but you have to clean up after yourself. No cigarette buds are to be left on the ground of the property. Landlords have dogs that will try to eat them.
