URGENT Lease Takeover at The Jack

Hi! I need to move out of my apartment early and am urgently looking for someone to take over the lease. The lease goes through mid-July. I am moving out mid December and you can move in immediately after that. December rent is covered. You will take over the standard bedroom. My roommate is a close friend of many years, she is very nice and often keeps to herself. The apartment is fully furnished with laundry, a full kitchen, a TV, couch, and tables. I am leaving behind some household items like kitchenware and bathroom supplies.

Parking is not included in the rent as I keep my car at NAU, but passes are available. Street parking is also available. The complex is located right next to the Downtown Connection Center bus stop, which is the universal stop for the Mountain Line buses (I take them to NAU!). The Jack is a nice community, with many amenities like a pool, gym, recreation center, study lounge, and more. It is a short walk from downtown Flagstaff, and about a minute walk from NAU North Campus.
