Looking for a roommate in my home.

I am looking for a female roomate to rent two rooms in my house. Not renting the rooms separately. Think of it like a 2 bedroom apartment if that makes it more clear.

I have two bedrooms in my home in Speedway, on the west side of Indy. The rooms are on the second floor of the house with a private bathroom. I am a single mom with my kids being here part time. I have two cats and a dog.

$/Month for both rooms, with utilities and WiFi included.

One bedroom has 1 closet, the other bedroom has closets. Both rooms have dresser drawers built into the walls. I have a full size mattress (only used for 3 months) and bed frame if needed.

Carpet is being removed in both rooms on Monday and wood floors put in.

Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, a second bathroom on main level, laundry room, large fenced in back yard with nice patio set up with a fire ring and basketball court.

This is a list of Non negotiables for me.
*No Drugs (shouldn't have to explain this)
*No couples or Men (not even gay men) as roommates, I am looking for a female roommate.
*No violent criminal history or theft(must be able to pass a back ground check)
*Must be employed or receiving verifiable income (because to pay rent, you need income lol)

Located in a nice neighborhood near Allison Elementary School in Speedway.

Nice neighborhood, neighbors are friendly, near library, shopping, parks, schools and the bus line.

Once again for clarification, I live here too. I live on the main level, the two rooms available are on the second floor with their own private bathroom. Main level is shared space.
