Great Room in Cheesman Park Condo

Hello,

I have a room in my bathroom Condo.

Renovated bathroom and kitchen about 5 years ago very nice.

The room is furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers, dresser with mirror, roll top desk, " flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is also some decorative lamps and art work.

I am a year old disabled gay male looking for a roomie. Strictly platonic.

We have seasonal heat, AC. and pool. Workout room. Laundry on , right outside my door. $ per machine. Usually always available when needed. We have 3 of each machine in the basement and one set on the 3rd floor as well.

Curtains can be changed to a different color, currently they are blue. Bed Linens can be changed there is a new set on the bed right now with a new comforter all have been washed to remove the chemicals from the manufacturer.

I am asking $ per month everything included including high speed internet. We can discuss this if needed. I have some wiggle room, but it would require helping me with heavy lifting like bringing groceries into the house. Helping me walk my dog, things like that etc.....
