I’m looking for a roommate to take the guest bedroom in my home in Richmond. The room is a comfortable size with good natural light, and the bathroom you’d use is right across the hall. It’s not connected to the room, but you’d be the primary person using it. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and major roads.

You’d have full access to the entire home, and I maintain a clean, respectful living environment. I’m and pretty easygoing, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s responsible, considerate, and someone overall relaxed. Just to note, there are four cats in the house, so being comfortable around pets is important.
