This is a bath house in Otay Ranch.

I have two rooms that are available for rent due to my previous roommates going on deployment. The rooms are a decent size. The bathroom is not shared if you rent both rooms for $.

This home is tucked away in a quiet area, but has strips malls and plazas on every corner in a mile radius. You will also have access to the community areas, with several pools and jacuzzis, and a gym.

2 car garage and plenty of street parking

The upstairs living room is vacant, so if you have furniture you’d like to move in—you’re more than welcome!

Move-in as soon as DEC 1st.

LOOKING FOR: A roommate or roommates(couples are welcome) who are clean, outgoing and kind. I prefer someone I can be friends with, rather than someone who is secluded and anti-social. I prefer to live in a home rather than a house. I enjoy small groups of friends over on weekends if possible for games and movie nights!
