Looking for 2 roommates, or younger, to sign a lease with me on a 3-bedroom house.

Total rent: $/month (utilities separate)
Rent split (per person):
* Maximum Base rent: $/month
* Utilities/ Water split equally

Locations: Apopka(towards Orlando), Sanford, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, or Wekiva only.
Must be clean, responsible with payments, respectful, party peeps need not apply, and non-smoking.
Pets are welcome.
