It's a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 and half bath house. It has a nice gated front yard and a porch with a camera for security. There's a patio with a table, chairs, and a grill on the side of the house that's lit with string lights during the night, its a nice chill spot. There's a garage and space in the basement for storage. There's 3 parking spots off the street behind the garage, one on the side of the garage that's gated, and two spots in front of the house on the street. We can sublet basement to help pay all the utilities, or use it for visiting family members and close friends. It has a bedroom setup in it with two dressers, a desk, chair, small fridge, microwave, and a " smart TV that comes with subscriptions to Hulu, Netflix, Max, Apple TV, youtube , and Crunchyroll. The room in the pictures is upstairs, and has the exact same setup in it. There's a nice kitchen with literally EVERYTHING one could possibly need to make a gourmet meal, it also has a " smart TV if you like to copy cooking shows like I do. The living room has a couch, recliner, two lounge chairs, and a " smart TV on top of a huge dresser that I use for storage, and junk drawers for those random things that tend to come in handy.
