The house: We are living in a fun and beautiful historic Adam’s Morgan townhouse. This bedroom 3 bath house features a spacious living room, dining room, large kitchen, and amazing patio/back deck. The room is ft, on the 3rd floor and shares a bathroom with one other clean roommate. The room features a large north facing window and disable closet, ft, and a small balcony facing the front yard. The location: in lower AdMo just off th street. Great access to nightlife, restaurants, shops, and Kalorama Park. Our street is far enough from th to be quiet even on the weekends. Walking distance to DuPont Metro Red Line, U Street Green Line, and several bus stops and CapiBike depots. The housemates: home to working professionals and grad students ages ranging from .
