I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious, peaceful room in a laid-back 2-story household just minutes from UCLA campus and Westwood Village ideally until March or longer. 🌿

You’ll be living with 4 other chill Christian men who keep things respectful, clean, and positive. The room comes with a large L-shaped desk, is bright, spacious, and quiet. Perfect for relaxing, studying, or recharging after a long day.

It also has its own private door leading to a beautiful courtyard/backyard. The house includes a driveway and Tesla EV charger as well.

You’ll be staying downstairs, one door over from my friend (you’ll share a bathroom, he’s rarely home). The house has a calm, welcoming vibe where everyone minds their business but also enjoys good conversation and community when the time feels right.

Utilities: Billed every other month, averaging $/month (around $ total when the bill comes). Wi-Fi is included, no extra charge :)

Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood near cafes, a 3-minute walk to Sprouts, 8 minutes to Bristol Farms, and easy access to buses and freeways. Ideal for a student or young professional looking for peace, good energy, and good people.
