WHOLE APARTMENT SUBLEASE: Comfy and updated 3 bedroom and bath in the perfect location on the University Hill! My roommates and I are studying abroad in the spring semester of and would love for 3 people to take over our lease. As seen in the pictures below, it's in great condition and we also have the most attentive landlords. The rent is $ per month (split $ between the three of us) and utilities as well as the parking spot is included. This unit is also one of the nicer ones in the complex and is definitely a steal for the location. It is a 3 minute walk to campus and all the restaurants on the hill as well as walking distance to Pearl Street.

Great apartment for transfers! My roommates and I all transferred and this apartment helped make our transition a lot easier. Also since we are subleasing the whole apartment, you can find roommates that you would prefer to live with or meet on ralphies list like we did :)

We are also open to leaving it fully furnished or moving our stuff out so you can move your stuff in. Really whatever works for you!
