I have a room available for rent. There are currently three tennants, and we are seeking a fourth. Rent is $ per month, and utilities are based on usage, typically averaging $ per person a month. The main floor is furnished, so the only furniture you'd need is for your room. There are half bathrooms, with both fulls and one of the halfs being shared.
