I’m subleasing my room in a 5-bedroom, all-boys house in College Station for the spring semester!

Currently there are 4 upper class-men including myself and 1 Sophomore. 2 Business majors, an Electrical Engineering major, and a Ag Systems major! Everyone here is clean, chill, and easy going! We keep the place tidy and have the shared spaces completely furnished!

Our duplex is located at Breedlove Rd, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is 1 year old and me any my roommates are the first tenants to live here. Everything is new and in good shape! Rent is $/month plus utilities.

You’ll have access to a backyard, parking, and plenty of space. We have dryers, and two fridges, so there’s no fighting over laundry or fridge space.
