Currently seeking a semi permanent place to rent, either a room or leasing an apt with the right person.

I'm quite,clean,keep to myself,work and travel alot, own one cat ten years old,very well behaved.
when home or on days off I usually SLEEP,game or paint/craft.

I'm just looking more or less for a peaceful, drama free environment to coexist with someone,share home responsibilities,equal or fair bill split.

I perfer no kids or over stimulating pets,General respect of property&privacy♡
I tend to be very anti social during heavy work weeks, I have no issues with necessary gentle confrontation to address any concerns.

I'm a very upfront person, I believe communication is a staple for a healthy living environment.

Currently I am working as a in-home health aid for tbi,dementia&phy. disabled clients, generally work second>third shift>always.
teen hour shifts, days a week.

Looking to keep my budget under fifty, ideally, to manage other bills + to save $♡
