Newlyweds looking for a few roommates to share our new spacious, welcoming home in Fredericksburg! We have two cats who will have their own space if you're not comfortable with them roaming when we’re out or asleep. We’re an animated, social couple and are looking for open-minded, respectful housemates. LGBTQIA+ friendly, no smoking indoors, and we value a comfortable and drama-free living space.

The home features a shared kitchen, cozy living room, deck, yard, and in-unit laundry (A washer dryer). We have high-speed internet, street parking, and potential driveway parking. There's some storage available just check with us first so we can coordinate. We’re weirdly early birds and night owls, and sometimes work from home. The vibe is mostly social but still respectful of personal space.

Guests are welcome with a heads-up, and parties or larger gatherings can happen occasionally just talk to us first. We're asking for a minimum 6-month lease, with a discount for + months. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, and utilities are included. Monthly rate varies based on the length of stay. Furnished ( extra a month) and unfurnished rooms available.
