Clean, pets ok, no deposit, own BR!

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate. The lease runs through October. No security deposit required! It is a third floor apartment in the Littleton area. The grocery store is only a block away! I keep a very clean space. It is mostly furnished (you would need a mattress and a dresser) & has a ring camera, vaulted ceiling in the den, own washer & dryer, Amazon hub, pool, a park across the street, fireplace, and your own bathroom. I have had two roommates here, both for male & one female. I am happy to provide references. Both left on great terms to move in with their significant other. They were both dog owners and I am very pet friendly as well! The carpet in the apartment was professionally cleaned in early December. There is a wide open park across the street for walking pets & I am happy to help let them out! I am a very clean and orderly person. I love live music, have lots of plants, and would like to think I am easy to get along with! I have just about any tool or supply you might need and I’m happy to share. All I ask is that you’re gainfully employed, respect common areas, and don’t use hard drugs. Weed is ok. I don’t drink alcohol but it is ok too. Ideally I am seeking someone without very many possessions as there isn’t a ton of storage and the common areas are totally furnished. However, I feel like I can accommodate just about anyone & the space should feel like it is yours, too! Utilities are not included in the lease. They are typically around a hundred bucks each (app won’t let me use numbers, lol) depending on the season and on our daily habits. This includes WiFi as well, I use Xfinity XFi Gateway w 1GB unlimited and speed boost. Thanks for looking and Happy New Year!
