Every tenant has a private room and private bathroom for their exclusive use. The kitchen, living room, and laundry room are the only shared spaces. There is storage space within the kitchen for tenants to store their belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and kitchen gadgets. The property features a front and back porch, perfect for enjoying the weather or relaxing while smoking. On the property, two animals live there; they are the landlord's responsibility. There is a baby gate that restricts the animals from encroaching on your space. They are well-behaved and quiet. Currently, it is just my wife and I who live here on the property.
