Looking for a female to sublease this 1 bedroom with its own bathroom from May 1st to August 1st. It is $ per month including base fee ($), covered parking spot, and WiFi. There are 3 other roommates and we share a common area/kitchen. This apartment (part of The Lookout) has access to a bus stop (short walking distance) and is a minute walk to Gillings/UNC research labs. Open to keep furniture in here as well.
