Room for Rent
Two chill Bay Area dudes looking for a 3rd roomie! SE Portland, Master bedroom downstairs, move in April fools day! But foreals april 1st would be a good move in date.lol
Bills: Room is , utilities split evenly which can range from depending on the seasons, internet split evenly and water bill is due every 3 months which can be a bit staggering. Must make 2 times the rent, lease will either be month to month for a bit then if we all decide it’s a good fit we can go year lease which would be alittle cheaper. Rob: , male, works as a chef, artistic, kind hearted and very understanding. Been skating for years and has a ramp in the backyard. Likes decorating and doing things to the house. Very handy and clean. Looking for someone professional with no drama, needs a peaceful household with someone respectful and mindful. Bring those good vibes 🤘🏼😝🤘🏼 Gabriel: , male, friendly and outgoing, extroverted but I enjoy my solitude after expending energy outside. I work as a chef so I enjoy cooking for work as well as home! Relatively clean and organized but every now and then can be a little lazy after a working a couple long night shifts. Home is my sanctuary so I respect it as such for myself as well as my roommates. Love hiking, gaming and binging on shows with my pup. You: Somewhat close to us in age, but ultimately we’re looking for our 3rd brother! Help with the chores and upkeep, organized and respectful of space and privacy, enjoys hanging out from time to time but is never obligated to do so. No pets or couples, room is for a single occupant. If you have a job that requires early mornings, just let us know and we can be mindful of our volume. Being artsy and adding to the house Is a plus. We are a sober friendly house but gabe enjoys the occasional drink. Lastly, we have an ESA dog named . He’s an American bulldog/ doggo argentino mix and he’s almost 2, but mostly he’s % deaf. A sweet and loving boy, not aggressive.
