need a male roommate!

Hi everyone, I am looking for a male roommate for my bath apartment. This lease ends in August, but can work something out to be ASAP for the right fit. The apartment is Stillwell on Stillwell Ave. it’s about a minute walk from campus and surrounded by other college students. Rent is $, and water/sewer is split with out downstairs neighbors. That bill along with KU and wifi normally equals out to around $ each person. We have a parking lot in the back, and you’ll also get a guest pass. I would prefer there to be no animals.
