ISO Clean and friendly roomate

Description

My partner and I () are looking for a roomate to rent our basement. It’s finished with a remodeled bathroom and comes furnished. You also will have access to the whole home, shared middle floor of living room and kitchen plus laundry. We have a dog and cat, so no more pets please. We are super chill and clean, and just looking for someone we can get along with :)
