I have a beautiful apartment in Bushwick and I'm looking for a roommate to rent a room starting April 1st. It’s a modern, two-bedroom (technically 3, one room is an office/ extra storage room!). I want someone long term (at least 6 months or so but I can be flexible!)

You'll be living with me :). I’m a year-old professional woman who works from home, loves exploring nyc / trying new restaurants, travels quite a bit and is clean. I’m from Maryland but originally from France & Burkina and I love learning languages (I speak 5 currently).

About you:

- would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home
- clean, communicative, & while occasional guests are fine, I want someone who primarily lives independently
- no smoking, no vaping
- no pets
