Renting private room

Description

I am renting a room in my house in Thornton. Price includes utilities!
I have one medium sized, well behaved dog that would love a furry friend! I work from home and currently have my desk in the living room but am happy to move it to my bedroom if needed. Available room is furnished with bed but I’m happy to store it if you have your own furniture! I’m also planning to paint the room a more neutral color before someone moves in. Common spaces are completely furnished. House is in a quiet neighborhood just
minutes from downtown Denver! Conveniently located close to a light rail too! Great running/bike trail nearby as well.
