I’m years old and looking for a responsible roommate to rent a newly finished room in the basement of my house. The space comes with a private bathroom that you won’t have to share with anyone.

A little about me: I like to keep the place very clean and organized, so I’m looking for someone who respects that. I also have an extremely well-trained and obedient charcoal lab, so you’d need to be comfortable with a dog in the home.

Additionally, you’ll have some storage space in the garage if you need to store a few things.
