Private bedroom in shared house

Hi there! My name is Brittany :) I’m a flight attendant living in fishtown. I’m looking for a roommate who is like minded, tidy, safe, and preferably no couples or pets. I am planning on getting a cat in the future so I would prefer that to be the only pet. You would be sharing a small bathroom with me upstairs. We have a half bathroom downstairs as well. We have a yard, in unit laundry in the basement, basement storage, and full kitchen with dishwasher. It’s not required but it’s a plus if you are a flight attendant or pilot who works in the aviation industry who understands the scheduling/lifestyle. I am not home often since away at work and would like the same from my roomate this way we can feel like we have our alone time and privacy on opposite schedules. I am newly sober so someone who doesn’t have a party life style is important to me. I would like to bond with my roommate but of course not required. I just want to get along, have no drama, and respect each other’s space! There is street parking and a few minute walk to the berks station. We live right down the block from planet fitness. Your bedroom is furnished with a full sized mattress and bed. There is no closet in the bedroom but a full dresser for you to use.
