Room in nice Gilbert community

Hey! My name is Destiny and I have a room for rent in my house
in Gilbert! Nice community with parks and pools, close to San Tan mall, grocery stores and gyms, we’re right in the middle of everything. It’s a room with 2 windows, carpet, ceiling fan, walk in closet, shared clean bathroom, and you get a big loft for your own living room! It already has a inch tv and couch and some shelves for your use! Kitchen and laundry room downstairs. Feel free to use any kitchen appliances as long as you clean after yourself! Big backyard for a close-together community, I bought turf so it’s pretty and a grill for use! Also have a fire fit as well! I do have 3 dogs, they are Australian Shepards and a mini weenie dog. (Selling the 2 twin beds in picture) Other roommate is my grandmother, keeps to herself in her own living room, I also have a separate living room, we will all have our own living areas. she is amazing and cleans the kitchen/downstairs constantly in her free time which is so nice. My home is beautiful and decorated with a modern theme. Parking spot on driveway for you as well!
