Subletting bath $/month

Description

I am looking for a male/female student to take over my lease at Capri Apartments.

Base rent is $ a month including utilities and a parking pass ($ a month, negotiable). The room has a private entrance and a private bathroom (full bathroom with shower/tub), and shared kitchen with three other people. The room is fully furnished with a bed, closet, drawer, desk, and TV. The apartment is 3 min walking distance from UO campus. Amenities include a gym, multiple laundry rooms, Amazon package locker.

Current roommates include two females and a male, very quiet and keep to themselves.

This apartment is for students only.

I am aiming to move out asap by March 1st, the lease ends in August. Please direct message me if you are interested or need more information!
