This is a single-family home, four bedroom, two and a half bath on over three quarters
of an acre in Madison which is a sub development in north Nashville. Your room is the Master Bedroom, which is furnished with a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed, a drawer dresser, a two drawer matching nightstand, a thirty two inch television and in the bathroom a Jacuzzi tub with another television. The house has fast
internet WiFi from Xfinity, front loading wash machine and dryer, you have full access to the kitchen and common areas. There’s also an air fryer, toaster oven and blender. Of course a fridge, oven and microwave. Treat it like your own and clean up after yourself.

There are 2 other rooms that are rented on the other side of the house.

I am a Retired firefighter/paramedic from South Florida. Now I am working as a nurse.

You’re close enough to all the Nashville action, but far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle.

I have a cat and dog
so I’m not looking for more pets in the house, but ask, maybe it could work.

You have your own parking space.
