Description

Room for rent at Midtown Crossing.

I'm a pretty relaxed person currently working armed security and am working most of the time. I don't smoke or drink. You would have your own bathroom and privacy since the room (and your bathroom) would be in the front of the house. We would share the living room and kitchen. This place comes with a washer and dryer. Summary of what I am looking for:

- I don't care if you smoke or drink I just ask if you are going to smoke that you do so on the porch.

- I don't care if you have a cat/small dog however you will have to pay the pet fees yourself.

- You will have to sign an agreement with the apartment complex so that you can officially be on the lease. They will probably check your credit and other background information.

- Apartment is minutes from downtown.

- We have a gym, pool, and laundry services center. However the apartment comes with a washer and dryer.

- The room does not come with furniture.
